Soft, buttery and fluffy cardamom buns that melt in your mouth
In honour of my successful first big pop up this past weekend, where I sold over 230 cinnamon and cardamom buns - I am sharing my cardamom bun recipe.
These buns are a 10/10. I’ll never try to claim that I can make cardamom buns as good as Juno the bakery in Copenhagen, but these come pretty close for being home-made by a hobby baker.
